Principles of Yoga & Yogic Practices

“Your work is your responsibility, not its result. Never let the fruits of your actions be your motive. Nor give in to inaction. Set firmly in yourself, do your work, and not be attached to anything. Remain even-minded in success, and in failure. Even Mindedness is true yoga.” —Bhagavad Gita

The sharing accommodation, group classes, and nature walks cultivate the nature of Karma Yoga i.e. an amiable, loving, and sociable yoga learner. It reckons tolerance and acceptance further making a big difference in attitude: the way you think and how you respond.

The practise of yoga in our classes has no room for unpunctuality and insincerity. One could only achieve a successful path in yoga by following the strict ethos.

Students are ought to stay on the premises during training days. Rooted in the 5,000 years old philosophy and science, we don’t only practice yoga on the mat but off the mat as well. It is a one-stop to choosing what you want now and what you want most.

Silence is considered as the very essential factor in our premises. We believe the quieter you become, the more you can hear. Silence is the best therapy.

The first Niyama in Patanjali’s eight limbs path of yoga is Suacha, purity or cleanliness of mind & body; internally & externally. Every yoga learner must perform their daily chores on their own like making their bed, washing their dishes, and maintaining cleanliness on the premises. Along with it, purity of thoughts is a must.

We incorporate sattvic food into your diet. All the ingredients used are organic, fresh and seasonal. It promotes the purity of both mind and body which further demotes lethargy.

We hereby stress each moment from purity in a speech to smiling throughout the day. We greet each other with "Aum Namaha Shivaya" with smile on the face, for the smile is the beginning of love.
