Yes. You will be provided with a Yoga Teacher Training Manual which includes Theory and Practical aspects. You will also receive an optional list of additional/recommended reading books during the course, which you can purchase from the local bookstore.

Yes. You will be assessed based on your final class where you are the teacher. Your trainer will provide you with feedback. Homework is assigned which is due on the last Wednesday of the training. Graded homework will be returned to you at the end of the course before graduation. Assessments are structured to meet the standards of the Yoga Alliance US and Adhiroha Management.
Upon successful completion of chosen (200/300/500-Hour) YTTC, you will be awarded with a US Yoga Alliance certificate from Adhiroha.
Yes, you will be qualified to teach upon graduation. Graduates of Adhiroha, once issued with the certificate, are eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance, US, to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT) as per the level of certification (200/300/500-Hour).
In the event of an unavoidable exigency, Adhiroha at its discretion will permit the student to attend another scheduled program within a 6-month period. You can modify your registration to a different time or program provided we are informed two months in advance of the commencement of the program. The registration/program fees are non-refundable and can be duly adjusted to another training of your choice.
We strongly encourage all our yoga practitioners to complete the program with full dedication and attend graduation ceremony.
In case of unavoidable circumstances if you have to leave before the day of completion, please inform us ahead of time regarding the same. Contact Adhiroha management immediately upon discovery of such a circumstance.
No. At Adhiroha we provide all the yoga accessories which are required during your training program.
No. The taxi will be ready as soon as you arrive. Transportation is arranged for every individual student. However, if someone is traveling on the same mode of transportation at the same time as you are then we will inform you in advance and you can travel together.
You can make remaining payment at Adhiroha in INR or USD. However, you will need some INR for your shopping and personal needs. You can exchange your currency into INR on your visit to the market.
Once a week during the training period is a day off for the classes. You can visit the local market, arrange an Ayurvedic body massage, go shopping, or just stay back and relax at the ashram. We will provide local information for these activities, on request.
Absolutely. Rishikesh is completely safe to travel. We arrange the transportation from the Airport/Railway Station/Bus Station as soon as you arrive at the arrival gate. We do not outsource the transportation facility. Its an in-house service.
We do try our best to offer delicious Ayurvedic food during your stay. However, some students who are lactose/gluten intolerant will be provided food according to their dietary needs.
