Our spacious well ventilated Yoga Shala has a 360° forest & mountain view, with ample natural light and fresh air. It is fully equipped with all necessary yoga accessories and props, smart classroom facilities for lectures and a small library for the bookworms. Adhiroha has another special Yoga Shala in a Hexagon shape specifically designed for Meditation and Advanced classes. Practising here will enhance your yoga learning experience.

Know MoreOur boarding facility is completely safe for everyone. The rooms are clean, spacious with ensuite washrooms. Hot water facility is available 24/7. All rooms lead to an open patio with mountain and water body view. Every student will have their own lockable wardrobe. We provide you the accommodation a day prior to the start of the program. If you are arriving earlier, upon availability we will provide you the accommodation at an additional charge.
Know MoreAt Adhiroha, we serve Vegetarian diet. Food will be provided thrice a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) with special Adhiroha herbal tea. The food provided at the Ashram is a balance of Satvik & Ayurvedic diet by keeping in mind the intensity of the training program and the nutrients required for the students. The food we consume plays a very significant role in the yoga practice. Therefore, we make a conscious effort in acquiring organically grown fruits and vegetables. We also do try our best to accommodate special food requirements such as lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.
