We realize, when a person comes for a yoga in Rishikesh, have different purposes. Our place is made for those who wants to understand the mind, realise the physical body and feel the emotions; experience self. So that you may slightly understand the chord which connects you to the Devine or the Supreme. For some, It is neither easy nor difficult, it is just an experience of oneness or nothingness. While for others, A knot between Who Am I & Who I Am. So we are for those who are neither seekers nor lost. But the ones who are ready to learn everything or nothing. Because for us either of the scenario is same. Sometimes our guests call us ‘A Yoga Paradise’ but we call it Adhiroha, a paradise to Experience Yoga within Shiva.

Founder Shankar Das started his journey in the year 2014. Taking inspiration from Lord Shiva, the Adi Yogi, very beginning of the yoga world, Adhiroha came into an action. The grandmaster rules over all the aspects of yoga relative to body and mind. Following Guru-Disciple tradition, Adhiroha is all about passing yoga wisdom to the rest of the world.
Adhiroha is a reminder that there’s still peace to be found no matter what your state may be. It connects the dots between accepting reality and moving towards better by integrating higher values.

Adhiroha is a registered yoga school in Rishikesh, India. All our courses (200 Hour YTTC, 300 Hour YTTC & 500 Hour YTTC) are certified with US Yoga Alliance. Students who pass out from Adhiroha will be awarded with a certificate which is valid and accepted internationally.
