You will visit to see the Aarti at either of the location (Parmarth Niketan or Triveni Ghat), both are located on the banks of river Ganga ji. One of the most fascinating and spiritual experience one should take while be in Rishikesh.
Other excursions include visit to Vashishta Cave, an ancient temple where people meditate to experience silence and blissfulness, while on the go enjoy the fun moments on the beach side of river Ganga ji. Or an early morning trek to waterfall, more up in the hills from our Ashram premises. A nature walk alongside the running Brooke will give you a feeling of true essence of the mother earth.

Know MoreAt Adhiroha, we serve Vegetarian diet. Food will be provided thrice a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) with special Adhiroha herbal tea. The food provided at the Ashram is a balance of Satvik & Ayurvedic diet by keeping in mind the intensity of the training program and the nutrients required for the students. The food we consume plays a very significant role in the yoga practice. Therefore, we make a conscious effort in acquiring organically grown fruits and vegetables. We also do try our best to accommodate special food requirements such as lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.
