We teach Multi-style Yoga in Adhiroha with a focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga (Primary & Secondary Series | 200 & 300 Hour respectively). This is complimented with Adjustment Alignment classes, Shatkarma, Pranayama & Meditation sessions. To deepen the understanding of how yoga impacts our life, Yogic philosophy & Anatomy are also covered within our programs.
If you’re new to Yoga then our 200 Hour Course is the best way to get started on the yogic journey. Beginners, if willing, can also directly join our 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification Course which is an integrated yoga alliance certified course of 200 Hour Yoga TTC and 300 Hour Yoga TTC. Only for 300 Hour Course, prior 200 Hour TTC completion is necessary.
