Since the dawn of creation, the Tantrics and Yogis have realized that in this physical body there is a potential force. It is not psychological, philosophical or transcendental; it is a dynamic potential force in the material body, and it is called Kundalini. Kundali Yoga is a unique branch of esoteric Tantra. In the microcosm of the human body, the Goddess Kundalini appears as a dormant energy, but when she wakes up, the energy destroys the illusion of life and lead to liberation. This energy can be awakened through the practice of Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini is the female energy existing in latent (sleeping) form not only in every human being but in every atom of the universe. It may frequently happen that an individual's Kundalini energy lies dormant through his or her entire lifetime and he or she is unaware of its existence. In human beings this potent force resides in Mooladhara chakra. The object of the tantric practice of Kundalini-yoga is to awaken this cosmic energy, the Kundalini Shakti (Divine Feminine) at the mooladhara chakra channeling upwards through the shushumna piercing the chakras for its union with Lord Siva in Shasrara Chakra. The Six centers of spiritual energy (Shat Chakras) are pierced by the passing of Kundalini Shakti to the top of the head (Shasrara Chakra) to unite with Shiva, the Pure Consciousness pervading the whole universe. The word kundalini actually comes from the word kunda, meaning "a deeper place, pit, bowl, or water pot ". However, most commonly, the static unmanifested kundalini is illustrated as a sleeping serpent coiled three and a half circles with its tail in its mouth. Of course there is no serpent residing in mooladhara, sahasrara or any other chakra, but the serpent has always been a symbol for efficient consciousness. In the traditional descriptions of kundalini awakening, it is said that kundalini resides in mooladhara in the form of a coiled snake and when the snake awakens it uncoils and ascends up through shushumna (the psychic passage in the center of the spinal cord), opening the other chakras as it moves up.

The fine Nuances of Kundalini Yoga and Tantra will be divulged to you in great detail. When the Kundalini energy is activated, our bodies begin to heal and detoxify enveloping you in peace and bliss. This curriculum will cover various ways in which this energy can unfold and manifest itself. Through this curriculum practitioners gain fair understanding of whether their chakras are activated/balanced or not balanced and what methods to adopt for balancing them.

Adhiroha Kundalini Teacher Training Course is designed to provide learners the knowledge to deepen their own personal practice and at the same time confidently teach and also further this insightful knowledge to other seekers through their own kundalini classes.

Kundalini awakening is a huge transformational process. Balancing the chakras and channeling the cosmic energy brings forth detoxifying and healing response in the body. Once this process is initiated the practitioner would embark on a journey towards self-realization and a state of blissfulness.
