He belongs to a family of avid yoga practitioners and learned yoga from an early age from his grandfather who was one of the renowned yogis of his time. He was brought up reading Bhagwat Gita and many other ancient Indian texts which always made him wonder about life. After completion of his Masters in Yoga science, he naturally gravitated onto the path of spirituality and having a very inquisitive nature he traveled to the Himalayas in search of a master who can quell his mind. During this search, he met many masters and gained extensive knowledge of yoga. Jaggi mastered in Hatha Yoga and extensively practiced yoga therapy, marma therapy, alternative therapy, yoga asana, pranayama, mudras, and bandha. After his return from Himalayas Jaggi had an immense desire to share the knowledge he gained with other people that eventually led him into the world of teaching. Today he is one of the most renowned Yogis of Rishikesh. He is an excellent Anatomy and Philosophy teacher and imparts knowledge gained from the ancient Indian texts & personal experiences. Jaggi’s engaging and compassionate teaching style radiates positive energy and warmth from the moment you step into his class.
Sant Prakash hails from a remote village in Bihar. Literate in Sanskrit and an avid reader from an early age, Sant Prakash was drawn to Indian History and hence pursued B.A. Honours in History from L.N.M university Darbhanga Bihar. Post Bachelors degree, in the year 2006 he enrolled in Bihar school of yoga to pursue education in Yogic Science. Thereafter for eight years Sant Prakash underwent yoga training under the guidance of his guru and gained immense knowledge and insight in yoga and philosophy. From the year 2012 through 2014 Sant Prakash conducted public and private lectures disseminating tenets of Yoga and philosophy across various pilgrim places in India and Nepal. During this period he lived with people from different walks of life and religions which gave him an opportunity to learn, understand and practice different spiritual traditions. Equipped with this renewed knowledge he started incorporating philosophical techniques raising interfaith awareness. Sant Prakash continues to do his yog sadhana everyday, teaches philosophy, conducts satsangs at various ashrams and institutions in Rishikesh. Deepak started his Yoga Journey in the year 2009. He is certified by the Yoga Alliance, holds a Diploma in Yoga and Masters in Yoga Science. In the year 2010, he conducted a workshop on Yoga which motivated him to move to Rishikesh for pursuing yoga professionally. Since the year 2016 under the guidance of his guru, Deepak has been providing customised Yoga Therapies to differently-abled people. He is particularly loved by his students for his sunny disposition and kind nature. He is experienced in the aspects of Pranayama and Shatkarma. At age of five, Sunil walked on the path of realization under the teachings and guidance of his father. He has studied and practised meditation for years.
